Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Qellia, operated by Think Make Inc (Delaware, USA) and Think Make OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia).

1. Service

Qellia provides a digital identity ecosystem based on unique hashtags, QID identifiers, Hub pages, contact controls, business tools and related services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, reservations and activity.

3. Hashtag Reservation

Hashtags are unique digital addresses. Reservation does not grant trademark ownership. Qellia may block, review, reclaim or suspend hashtags related to trademarks, fraud, abuse, impersonation, official terms, technical names or legal risk.

4. Payments

Paid reservations and services are processed through third-party payment providers. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly approved by Qellia.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Qellia for illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, spam, harassment, impersonation, malware, or fraudulent activities.

6. Beta and Roadmap Features

Some features may be experimental, unavailable, delayed, changed or discontinued. Roadmap descriptions are not a guarantee of delivery.

7. Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qellia disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms may be governed by applicable laws of Estonia, the European Union, Delaware and the United States, depending on user location, entity relationship and transaction context.
