Affiliate Terms: Hashtag Reservations Now, Plan Commissions After Launch
These terms apply to the Qellia Affiliate Program during the pre-launch phase and the transition into the official launch.
1. Current pre-launch product
During the pre-launch phase, Qellia is currently selling annual hashtag reservations. Hashtag prices are variable and may change according to length, scarcity, quality, category, premium status, brand risk, manual review and Qellia pricing rules.

3. Future plan commission for referred users
If a referred user reserves a hashtag or becomes a qualified lead through an affiliate link, that user may remain attributed to the affiliate. If the same user later purchases an eligible Qellia subscription plan after launch, the affiliate may also earn the applicable plan commission within the attribution window.

Future plan commissions are subject to the official plan rules published at launch. Qellia may apply a maximum commission cap, including a rule that commission cannot exceed 30% of the first net payment.
4. Attribution window
Pre-launch referrals may remain attributed to the affiliate for 180 days from the first qualified referral event. Qellia may also define a special launch rule, such as attribution until the official launch plus an additional validation period.
5. Purchase registration
When a hashtag is purchased through an affiliate link, Qellia may register the affiliate code, affiliate account, source path, buyer email, Stripe checkout session, payment reference and commission record in its internal affiliate ledger.
6. Payment and validation
Commissions are generated only after payment confirmation and may remain pending or locked during a validation period to protect Qellia against refunds, chargebacks, fraud, payment disputes and invalid traffic.
Until QelliaPay is launched, affiliate balances may be tracked internally and paid through available payment providers, including Stripe or another approved payout method.
7. No commission in these cases
- Refunded payments
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Fraudulent or artificial traffic
- Self-referrals when not allowed
- Invalid, blocked or inactive affiliate accounts
- Purchases not linked to a valid referral code
- Hashtags or purchases manually rejected by Qellia
